Personality:
(+) Disciplined: Tetchou is EXTREMELY disciplined. He is seen following orders that he’s given by his commander without a second thought. He also has a very good sense of right and wrong, which he is very disciplined in and mostly never strays from it.

This manifests mainly when he’s talking to Jouno, his partner. Through their conversations and interactions, we watch Tetchou as he corrects Jouno when he’s going too far, as well as when he takes breaks during conversations to keep up with his workouts, and finally, the way he does as he’s told almost immediately after being given the order by anyone who is even slightly above him.

He is very rigid and blunt in his thinking and his actions, which folds into his disciplinary tendencies.

(-) Obsessive: While he is loyal in the way he follows orders, he perhaps is a little bit too loyal to his partner. Tetchou is seen to be very obsessive in his tendencies. One of his obsessions is Saigiku Jouno, his partner. He’s attached to the point of putting his own morals aside to find Jouno the second he was missing for long enough.

His obsession regarding Justice as a concept, strength, and reliability ends up culminating once in him watching ants for eight hours at a time because he believed they were a “perfect model of leadership and loyalty,” which are some of his biggest obsessions - leadership and loyalty.

(-) Righteous: As mentioned previously, he’s righteous, focused on justice and what’s right. This actually is a negative trait for him, because it ends up consuming his life and how he sees the world. He doesn’t allow himself to see any other path aside from the righteous, the correct.

This leads him to follow his commander into a situation that wasn’t truly right, by being told that what he was doing was correct and would lead to a greater justice.

(-) Merciless: Tetchou, as one of the strongest of the Hunting Dogs, is very intense when he gets angry or very serious about his job. When he believes that the Armed Detective Agency have taken his partner (after he goes missing), Tetchou comes across one of the young ADA members and attacks them. He shoves aside his focus on justice to try and figure out where Jouno is.

The two fight, intensely so. Tetchou doesn’t hold back, despite the boy being no more than 15 years old. During the fight, Tetchou almost seems to be getting more and more intense throughout it, the more angry he gets.

Powers and Abilities: The Hunting Dogs are augmented Ability users with super strength and speed. It's said that fighting one of them is like fighting 1,000 men. Tetchou is one of these Hunting Dogs.

Plum Blossoms in the Snow: This is Tetchou’s unique ability! Basically he can extend and bend his sword (or any blade) at will, at incredible speeds. This makes it impossible to outrun. It has also been seen breaking apart vehicles with sheer strength.

Super Strength: All hunting dogs have extreme levels of strength, super human. We don’t know the limits of his strength, though he does wear out after a while of fighting.

Increased Stamina: Hunting Dogs also have an increased stamina, to keep them fighting for longer.
